I listen to 80s metal (exept heavy, which totally sucks and is equal to punk) and my country's folk rock which goes from real heavy stuff to totally relaxing ballads...

The supreme band of all times is MEGADETH...

The supreme musician of all times is MARTY FRIEDMAN... Check him out...
i listen to <a href='http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EmGbIL1l6r4' target='_blank'>Fear Factory</a> <a href='http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qdZFzETgBlY' target='_blank'>Strapping Young Lad</a> And Seen <a href='http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFapvx3qQKc' target='_blank'>Bullet For My Valentine</a> live!!!

Be Warned though .. the links i put ( especially the strapping young lad one) may have allot of swearing so if you dont like that dont watch it..

ps i listen to other things as well but metal/grunge/trancecore are my favorites.

In the words of Tenacious D, they tried to deystroy the metal...but it F**ing failed! I just thought that incorrect quote would sum up the way this poll is going.

Err...

Note the absence of the word "rock" in the genre "metal"...

Every genre you mentioned included word "rock"... And the ones that didn't still could include it...
