Be Warned though .. the links i put ( especially the strapping young lad one) may have allot of swearing so if you dont like that dont watch it..

ps i listen to other things as well but metal/grunge/trancecore are my favorites.

In the words of Tenacious D, they tried to deystroy the metal...but it F**ing failed! I just thought that incorrect quote would sum up the way this poll is going.

Dude i think u guys are kinda missing a point...There are alot of types of rock..Metal is one of them types....There is a huge chain..Like Metal belongs to Hard Rock Category so if ur saying rock sucks ur saying that metal sucks..

Note the absence of the word "rock" in the genre "metal"...

Metal

Alternate is also a type of rock..its Alternative rock..
