Use a Digital Camera and then buy one of those things that let you put Memory cards into your computer. Then just get the picture into your camputer and upload it.

Or if you have a webcam you can take a pic and then upload it to an image hosting place like here <a href='http://www.imageshack.us/' target='_blank'>imageshack</a> and post the IMG url.
