Warning system now on

Hey Gambid I know this post is like three months from your last but I have a quick question here. You were talking about turning the warning system on and I don't understand. When was it turned off? So are you saying no one had a chance of warnings before? I'm sorry if this sounds inconvenient for you but I just want to clarify that because I'm confused here. Also, can the warnings be decreased over time or does it stay the way it is? Sorry if it is guys.
