okay I just got both MK1 and MKA on dvd and truthfully as writer I think MKA is better then MK1. That's not saying much because MKA wasn't the best in the world. In MKA there was more of a story and in MK1 it was all fighting scene after scene. I even read the bios on the MK1 dvd and they were totally different from the movie. If they plan on restarting and elimiating MKA they need to remake MK1. The reason MKA bombed in the box office is because of the script of MK1. I they should just go with what they have and let the game creators write the story from now on. MK1 covered Game 1. MKA covered Game 2 and 3. And since Shinnok was taken care of then I think MK4 is taken care of. They should go straight to MKDA in Devastation and in the 4th installment deal with MKD and the pathetic Onaga.

Man I beat him with every character today again! Some on Easy, Normal, and Max.

they shud of had them all like the games instead of making them a crapy storyline. but i saw no proboblem in mk1 it was the screw up that they made mka into they culd of done a good job i think if they hadnt put so much crap and had focused on the actual story and stayed just in mk2.

Hi I'm a newbie here.
But I think the plot will be something like this:
After defeating Shao Khan at the hands of earth's warriors, a fallen elder god known as Shinnok has escaped from the Netherealm once again with the help of his sorcerer Quan Chi. Shinnok seeks vengence on Raiden for locking him away to the Netherealm for millions of years.

Shinnok alone has The Amulet that can be used as a key to Earthrealm. Little does he know that Quan Chi has the real Amulet which could destroy anyone even Shinnok himself.

Shinnok and Quan Chi arrive at Earthrealm hoping to see Raiden and destroy him with their powers.
Raiden however failed to defend himself from Shinnok's and Quan Chi's powers. And banished.
Liu Kang and his friends meet new enemies and new friends and one god which could save Raiden from Shinnok's punishment.
Will Liu Kang and his friends try to stop this peril on earth?
Will Shinnok be finally known as Ruler Supreme?
Will Quan Chi use the real Amulet to destroy his own lord and be Ruler Supreme?
Find out in 2005.

And I think there will be a suprise ending of Scorpion and Quan Chi fighting.
Like the Deadly Alliance trailer.

CrazyAcez wrote: Its not called "devastation" its called DOMINATION
It WAS called Domination before but they had to change the name to Devistation because Domination wasn't interseting enough. OR something like that. Hahah

I've got bad news everyone.
I've heard this from my Karete teacher Chris Cassamasa that Newline Cinema won't be in production with Treshold.
But my teach said he'll be starting to act in Febuary.
So holiday for me!
