I still have DarkonMK's Ultimate Mortal Kombat 4 Special Edition.
Pretty much all links for it on the internet are dead.

Thanks. 6-7 years exactly, but they were published 2-3 years later. double click on mk4.reg or install DeeDee Setupreg, C-ta ,2000 Patch and the files are automatically recorded for windows vista, 7, 8 and 10. _________________ "I am Goro! I just started playing MK4 again and would like to use the MK4 Gold mod. However, I cannot get it to work properly, all the characters appear as 'meat', textures are problematic and so on. Can anyone help me out? Is this because I have the original MK4 installed?
