Mortal Kombat Movie Gets Simon McQuoid As Its New Director

There hasn't been any news about the next Mortal Kombat movie for a long time, but this piece of information will finally shed some light on the topic. According to several different sources, Simon McQuoid has been chosen as the new director of the movie, replacing James Wan.

McQuoid is well known for the commercials he has directed, you can check them all in his official website.

This isn't exactly something to get extremely excited about, considering how long we have been hearing another film is in the works. Hopefully Simon will finally get this project going and and there will soon be something to get really excited about.
