Well as I can remember it was Down + Forward + Low Punch. Same as it always has been. But if it doesn't work for some reason check the main MKS site and check the MKII section.

Down + Forward + Low Punch for Direct Freeze
Down + Back + Low Kick for Ground Freeze

Those are the key combinations for his two freezing moves.his second fatality is a super freeze.that's As Far as i know,his "Freezing" Special Moves in MK2.

It's easy on the SNES and the Arcade for me,since we don't need more controls like in the Sega Genesis.but ah well,i can do any system.
