Human Smoke Spear(Timing)

Hi guys, I'm kinda new here. Been on MKClassic for a while but it merged with TYM and none replied me there. I'm hoping someone could help me out here.

B: Back
LP: Low Punch
LK: Low Kick
F: Forward

I'm trying to improved my Human Smoke play ... I manage to do the B+B+LP+LK+LP+F+F+LP ... I'm stuck there i need the perfect timing to get the reset done. But i don't know sometimes it work sometimes it doesn't .... I assume that i probably miss something. Someone can help me out.

I can't manage to get the second spear perfectly i got it sometimes ...

You need to make a short pause after the first spear, so the time limit ends...its like aaHP, Spear, wait a second, HK, LP, Spear....
