No, this isn't fake.
This is an early beta of the Arcade Version of Mortal Kombat 3. If you look close enough you will see some very interesting differences. We already have them all in our Mortal Kombat 3 In Development Section: http://www.mksecrets.net/mk3/eng/mk3-development.php
