You can shorten this Fatality using the following steps:
Go to menu "Practice" and move curosr on "Dificulty Novice" and hightlight keys BLK, RN and LK for 10 seconds.
A hum as laugh will confirm the combination of keys: Jarek says - "Hm, hm, hm !"
Now you will open another menu and change Fatality 1 and swith to on.
Play the game and chose Reiko and at the end of the match when the opponent dizzy just pres Down and HP (High Punch) - Fatality Reiko Torso Kick occurs. Good Luck!

I use the cheat menu for fatalities in MK4. I find it the only practical way to execute them since the gameplay menu codes are often confusing and imprecise, e.g. I've been failing to execute Shinnok's Hand Smash fatality for years (using the menu code D,U,U,D,BLK) before a guy on MKO told me that the actual code goes: Hold BLK, Press D,U,U,D, Release BLK, Then Press BLK again. Mind you, it was one of many MK4 fatalities that I was unable to perform due to the obscure codes. I never once succesfully performed (without the cheats) Fujin's Skin Lift, Tanya's Kiss of Death, Liu Kang's Dragon Morph...
