MK4Strip Problem

I recently downloaded MK4strip from this site, and edited the skins for a couple of characters. I then used the "COMPILE.exe" to compile all of my work, and it overwrote my skins with the original MK4 ones. Did I do something wrong? The Readme isn't very clear on what to do after getting the *.bmp files, and the guy who wrote the program doesn't want anything to do with it anymore!

hi.i am new here.i downloaded mk4strip too.and i followed all the instructions and decompiled the 799 files,then ran the continue.exe.but,when i clicked on mk4s.exe,
all it says is:"Please Read ''Readme.txt'' For Usage Details!".

Please Tell Me How To Solve This.

thanks.ok,so i copy these files into the view directory and edit them with paint or photoshop,then,what is that "mk4s.exe"?what is it for?

Just follow the tutorial, is thhi so hard.
MK4S.exe uses all other .bat files, nothing else.
I prefer to use the bat files instead of the mk4s.exe file.
