I heard from a guy at Gamestop that Motaro was playable in MKD!!! Is it a fact or fiction?

People were talking about it hear but even if he was playable, it would be really hard to play as him, this what people said:

Beat arcade mode on the hardest difficulty without using continues, the you highlight Scorpion and press some buttons I forgot the code, like I said how many people can beat arcade mode on the hardest difficulty without using continues.
