Brutality - Reptile's Lair

OK,

I'm in Reptile's Lair and I punch all of the statues and Raiden tells me to do a Brutality, but I don't have a brutality on my list of fatalities. I know I can look it up online, but how do I get the move to be on my list of fatalities? How do I do a Brutality, if I'm not supposed to use the fatality method. If I do have to just look up the move, will it work without being on my list of learned moves.

The Brutality is obtained in the Living Forest:

When you enter, the gate will close behind you. Go in the middle and you'll have to destroy the clay soldiers that come near you with a punch or kick. When it's done, a red koin will appear. Pick it up and you'll learn a Brutality! Okay, this is like a multality except you have to fill the fatality gauge to the 3rd level! When you do, execute a brutality and then a gate will open. Enter it to go to the next area.
