[PC] Options Issue

Anyone else who has problem adjusting the gameplay options?
Whatever i change it reverts to default.
Any hint on how to fix this?

Solved!

Simply by going to two players options. (I know it's weird but it did)

That is a really weird fix. I was just going to ask whether you made some options files read only, as this might have been a possible problem.

Nope i've checked ever file of the game for "read-only". [ Save files, dxdiag.txt, options.ini (which doesn't have gameplay options in only gfx and sound)].
A guy in steam community told me that he had the same problem and fixed it by unpluggin his controller :O

Having this issue 10 years later and no dice fixing it. none of my files are read-only. ugh. D:

Have you tried a fresh installation with no save files?
