Unlockable characters?

Im not so much looking for a time (but would be nice) i more want to know if the creators are going to have an update or give us a chance to purchase the unlockable characters such as shao kahn, goro, kintaro, shinnok, cyber smoke, matoro, fujin and i think i listed mostly all of them but more would be nice. Im willing to pay money people, someone give me a clue and help me out please!

This is kind of in the wrong category, it belongs in the MK9 forum.

None of the characters you mentioned is unlockable. Currently they are just unplayable, with the exception of Goro in Challenge Tower.

A few of them, shinnok, cyber smoke, matoro, fujin, do not even exist in the game as characters.

Currently, Netherrealm Studios is not working on any DLC for Mortal Kombat 9. And as time passes chances are getting really slim to see the bosses playable.
