Is Fujin the mysterious 4th DLC character?

I just watch the video and I found that a little odd that MK would spoil their DLC before he or she was released. Then again, they did this with Rain, Kenshi, and Scarlet so it isn't the first time. It would be cool if it were true.

It wasn't spoiled, it was pretty much a hack into the game. The same happened when Skarlet's baby model was found out, but it was glitched so it didn't move at all.

Or when the bios and endings of Goro and Kintaro were discovered and all the other stuff in the demo version.

We all know that Freddy was supposed to have one glove, but it's more better. Imagine his fighting skills would be like if he only had one glove...stupid.

Not to mention the fact that he was more than likely revived to participate in Mortal Kombat, therefore the necessity of being armed with another glove.

Fujin is my favorite character in MK4 and I very like to see him as 4th DLC character. Many characters I like from Trilogy are already in this game (Sub Zero, Baraka, Noob Saibot, Sektor, Quan Chi...etc.). Kenshi DLC makes me happy, because Blind Swordman is my favorite character in Deadly Alliance.

If 4th DLC character will be....
- Fujin with his Deadly Winds Fatality - I will be very happy
- Tanya with her Neck Twist Fatality - I will be happy
- Reiko with his Flip Kick & Shurikens - I will be happy

Sometimes I read on web something like "NetherRealm Studios will make surprise and make in last DLC character not expected". Could be cool, but not Drahmin or Jarek. Not for me.

I guess the youtube leak/discovery was this time wrong guys, or was it. COuld Fujin still be joining the MK9 gang, only later as a fifth DLC Kombatant, what do you think?

NRS are definitely going to take a break from DLCs for a while, after all Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection is knocking on our doors, but after that, who knows.

There is a possible chance that NRS are going to do more DLC Kontent this fall, but remember, I'm not saying they are, they MIGHT.

I read on mortalkombatwiki.com that Fujin was NOT the 4th DLC character, not as in not going to appear in the game. So, like Gambid said, they could have Fujin is future DLC kontent. Right now, I'm just crossing fingers.

I think we all are crossing our fingers and hoping that they do more DLC Kharacters. I think this can prolong the life of the game with the casual, non fans players out there.

I know the person looks nothing like Fujin, but listen to what the announcer of the game calls him! The bar calls it a "DLCBaseMale", but the announcer calls him Fujin!

Tell me how you think of this.

me too was thinking the fujin or shinnok but mysterious character is Freddy Krueger.

That's odd. If the fourth DLC character is Freddy, why does the voice say Fujin? I mean the voice clearly says Fujin, Freddy also starts with a F but it's unmistakable, the announcer says Fujin.

Maybe they have him planned for another DLC pack, but I thought this was going to be the last one? Another possibility is that Fujin was planned for the game from the start, but was scrapped and left his name in as a placeholder.

He was probably planned to be included in the game, like you said and was removed at later stage.

However, there is another possibility.

They may have included his name, just to make fans scratch their heads and wonder whether he is in the game. somehow as a hidden unlockable character or not. Similar to Rain, Reptile, ....
