do you know a way how to unpack subtitles in movies?

What do you need? Subtitles from the MK Videos? They're in the COALESCED files under Localization

Yes, use VLC player to first play them and make them sync, then use Subtitle Workshop to make sure they're working correctly (by adjusting the time), then convert the avi/bik/mp4 + subtitle (rename to .srt file) to MKV file (MKV is Video+Subtitles format for Windows).
