Now I'm not sure what's up, because at the same time three of my friends with the cream haven't gotten banned on the day that me and another buddy got hit, but I think they may have one or two dlcs legally unlocked and I'm unsure if its some lazy check if there's something unlocked, then it assumes...

it's not DLC related, NRS fucked up the server again i got all my DLC removed from the game and i am on PS4 (which meant i bought everything, yes everything even the movie skin pack or the Masquerade skin pack - and i can't use anything like trainers or unlocker) you were banned on your ps4 account...
