Hello, I play MKXL on my pc and just recently I noticed something strange. I have Vsync on and yet somehow every character has weird screen tearing on their models. The rest of the screen isn't tearing, just on the characters for some reason. Any help???

Uh I kinda can't. They're there, but they're really hard to stay in one place. They appear when the character model moves in any way. And they're like kinda invisible.

I have a problem. It doesn't unlock everything. It unlocks some stuff but not everything. None of the other characters, only a handful of skins, and that's it.
