I cannot find the post where someone had a file that I could replace and it unlocked all the dlc characters, every costume and dlc costume, all the krypt items, borders, etc. I re did my PC so its a fresh start and dont remember where or who it was. It worked flawlessly.

I just wasn't able to even see everything unlocked from before this integrity check stuff. I had it for one day and got to see all the costumes and...

And after that last patch, the skins have to be applied after the game is running.

Never mind..my fault for not giving it more time to look at the files. I had to put the ini file in the "original" folder and then extract. Jesus! lol Im not completely stupid cuz I have used one on MK9...Thanks! You're amazing!!!
