The Mortal Kombat Alliance Network

From this time upon Mortal Kombat Secrets is a member site of The Mortal Kombat Alliance Network. I still cannot believe it. But it is true. From this time upon MKS has two Message Boards: The Board of this site (our Forum) and TMKAN Message Board. You can see the links on our Choose Your Destiny page.

Kano

The official MK: DA site just added Kano to its character section. This is a part of small update. If you do not want to download the official site you can see the 4 new screenshots and the 2 Kano renders here.

The first Fatality

In the news from 03.08.2002 I gave you the first info about the finishing moves in MK: DA. There was a Fatality called Skeleton Rip. Now there is more info available for this Fatality. It belongs to Sub Zero and you can see three screenshots with this move.

Characters Wallpapers

I want to show you my next Mortal Kombat based wallpaper. I want to make wallpaper for each MK: DA character. And the first of them is for Kung Lao. He is one of my favorite characters. I hope you will like it!

New Character, Fatality...

1. The name of the new character is Bo Rai Cho. He is the "drunken guy" that was first mentioned in interview with Ed Boon at E3 taken from MK5.org.

2. Fatality: Each character will have unfortunately only one Fatality. But here are the names and the descriptions of the first two.

Head Stomp - Your opponent is laying on the ground, and your character jumps and stomps on the second player's head, making it blow up.

Skeleton Rip - Your character rams his fist into the other character, wiggles his arm around a bit, and rips out their entire skeleton.

3. Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance has a new release date. It will be on Fatality Friday: November 22, 2002.

GameSpot Complete releases 4 new MK: Deadly Alliance videos! If you are their member you can download them. If you are not you must wait, because I am sure that we will see them soon for free. Here are three screenshots from these trailers.

First GameBoy Advance Screenshots:

The first 10 screenshots for the GBA version of the game are already here. MK: DA looks better than Mortal Kombat Advance. The gameplay is 3D and that's really good. Now see the screenshots below!

16 New Screenshots + more...

Today MK5.org received 16 new screenshots from MK: DA. As you can see some of the fighters have their own weapon. You can also see some of the special moves in the game:

Weapon:
Kano - knives
Sonya - sticks>
Rayden - staff
Jax - tonfa
Quan Chi - swords
Li Mei - sai
Scorpion - sword

New Character
There is one new character shown on the screenshots. His name is Khan. But unfortunately that's all about him.
