Hidden Characters:

Meat:
Enter "Group Mode" and successfully complete the game with all 15 characters. After this has been accomplished, select any character and begin a match. Your character will play as Meat with all the moves of the character that was selected.

Choose Your Destiny:
Use Start button to rotate the tower before choosing it.

Toasty 3D:
Hold Start during Scorpion's "Breath of Death" fatality, and Dan Forden
(MK4's Sound Programmer) will say "Toasty! 3D!"I

Goro's Lair Fatality Extras:
Hold Down on both joysticks after doing the Goro's Lair Fatality with any character, and the victim will slide off the spikes and fall back to the ground, a bloody mess.

Hold Start after doing the Goro's Lair Fatality with any character, and Dan Forden (MK4's Sound Programmer) will say his classic "Toasty!"

What Are You Waiting For:
If you wait for an extended amount of time at the "Select Method of Kombat" screen, the announcer will say "What are you waiting for!?"

Offensive Words:
If you enter an offensive word at the "Greatest Warrior is..." screen, such as "DIK" or "FUK", those initials will be replaced with MK co-creator Ed Boon's initials, "TRA" or "MAB".

Noob Saibot:
Successfully complete the game with Reiko. Enter the 012 012 Kombat code in versus mode. Exit this match and enter the character selection screen, choose the HIDDEN icon using RUN, and keep holding it, then press UP, UP, LEFT to highlight Reiko's icon, and press BLOCK while still holding RUN.

Secrets Menu:
Go to the 2 Player Vs. Screen. Enter the Kombat Kode: 302 213. Then quit the Game and go to the options menu. Highlight Versus Screen Enabled and Hold BL and Run for 10 seconds.

One Button Fatality:
Activate Secret Options Menu
Turn all Fatalities on
Start a match and anytime during the final round BEFORE he says "Finish Him/Her!", press one of the following button combinations:
SQUARE + R1 to enable Fatality 1
TRIANGLE + R1 to enable Fatality 2
UP + R1 to enable Stage Fatality

After doing that, when you hear "Finish Him/Her!", hold Down and press High Punch. Your character will perform the Fatality you chose.

Characters bios:
Go to Kombat Theater, highlight a character, and simply press L1 default.

Alternate costumes:
If you just choose an fighter, you will play as with his/her primary outfit and weapon. Now, if you rotate the icon of the fighter a certain number of times before choosing it you will get a different outfit and/or a different weapon. In order to rotate an icon, hold the START button and press any button. Below is a list of all alternate characters outfits and weapons.

If you have the patched version of Mortal Kombat 4 simply select a kombatant with BLOCK and you will be using Meat.

Goro:
Successfully complete the game with Shinnok. Enter the character selection screen, choose the HIDDEN icon using RUN, and keep holding it, then press UP, UP, UP , LEFT to highlight Shinnok's icon, and press BLOCK while still holding RUN.

Noob Saibot:
Successfully complete the game with Reiko. Enter the 012 012 Kombat code in versus mode. Exit this match and enter the character selection screen, choose the HIDDEN icon using RUN, and keep holding it, then press UP, UP, LEFT to highlight Reiko's icon, and press BLOCK while still holding RUN.

Kitana
First of all, you will need an unofficial MK4 patch. You can download it from our download section. After that activate Noob Saibot. Kitana will be playable too. Just highlight Sonya and press Run or choose the HIDDEN icon using RUN, and keep holding it, then press UP, RIGHT to highlight Sonya's icon, and press HK (any other button will do the same thing) while still holding RUN.

Secrets Menu:
Go to practice. Then go to your skill (example novice). Then hold Block and low kick until you are in the cheat menu (you can select your favorite fatality) then in the game when the message FINISH HIM comes by simple use a uppercut (down + high punch) and you will do a fatality you have select.
