The Mortal Kombat 9 finals will take place Sunday, July 31st at 2:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7 Hours). Don't miss the first time a Mortal Kombat game has made it to this tournament. They're playing a variety of fighting games. At least people know how to have fun instead of taking it way too serious.

Oh tournament players are taking it serious. I am just glad that MK9 is there with the others. I was getting tired of it not being part of EVO and everyone complaining about the gameplay.

i watched the first day and i was very impressed with the people who made it to top 8. I saw that Hector Sanchez was there, what was he doing?

I would love to compete as well. If there is some local or big tournament nearby then i will gladly join. EVO would have been a very long drive for me.

You should check, there must be some smaller local tournaments you can participate in.

BTW the EVO final have begun, Mortal Kombat is in about an hour and a half.

Well I had a few mk:da ones with my friends alot on my doorstop/PS3.

My cousin broke it and since then I never could get one.

I've been in one once. We had Mortal Kombat Trilogy on Playstation and a bunch of my cousins as well as my father and brother are gamers and I happened to have won.

The EVO Mortal Kombat 9 final were great.

I really loved the reaction of the public.
