Locating textures

I've read how to edit character textures and is so easy. But I think the textures with less resolution are dynamic blood decals and I want to start creating new ones.

Somebody can help me finding how those textures are? I searched for a while without luck.

Did you try things like Core.xxx, Engine.xxx, MK9Game.xxx, MKCore.xxx, MwyDecal.xxx

Using "umodel -nomesh -noanim -dds -export FILE_NAME" returns errors when file is not a CHAR_ pack.

How I can extract dds from another kind of file (not chars)?
