[Fixed] How to add a custom costume/DLC Name?

Hi,
I've been trying to add a new costume for a DLC character I made (Hydro) but it keeps saying the DLC is called Hydro and the costumes are both called Bug Me.

How can I change them to say something like Hydro/Costume 1 instead?
Also is it possible to add custom announcer sound?

Fixed

I had to use the Coalesced editor on the Coalesced.eng file inside Localization folder.

I added the Bio and the Names
