REQ: Removing inability to perform fatality on bosses

I saw some videos on YouTube presenting fatalities made on bosses (Shao Kahn, Kintaro, Goro). In normal gameplay, I can't do them. How do I disable this inability?

no progress on this so far? I wouldn't have a clue how to start looking for this. :(
