I kinda don't know how to install this skin as DLC. This mod does work with the steam update which f**d up skins does it?

point is that, it is pre-patched version of skin. And don't work with last steam updated MKKE.

That's why I uninstalled the steam version and am now using a non-steam version. I'm fed up with it. So in a way I'm giving you a compliment. I tried following the templates delivered with the DLC manager, but the game crashes on me. :s

I updated the skin to work with the Steam version. I hope X-9# doesn't mind (if yes, I can remove the file):

1) You need to select the alternative costume for Mileena. In the original, I believe it worked as a DLC Character. Since I don't know how to add a Character, it's just the second costume. So, you don't need "DLC manager by HowardC". If you want to use the skin as Mileena default, I believe there's a program (wyruzzah mentioned "Generic Renamer") which you can rename CHAR_Mileena_B as CHAR_Mileena.

2) I followed CynicalHippie tutorial and just updated four main files: Diff, Spec, Diff_DMG and Spec_DMG. So, it's possible that's something will be missing (just let me know, so I can update more things).

figured out how to add it as a new costume. However, I'd like to add it as a DLC Character. Using the same procedure as for first costumes doesn't seem to work, and crashes the game on the loadscreen.

Help would be appreciated. thx.
