i think u don't get what W.I.P. means in these cases
it means Work in Progress. that's why there is no download link atm

some wip`s don`t get completed . it`s the most sad thing ever to show an amazing concept and never see the final mod . never see it done . that`s why i respect and love the moders how finish the job! they rock

just lose interest or don't bother doing dmg.
she will be done soon i got sidetracked
