Out of that list, I'd have to say Sheeva. Shujinko's not bad, but not really that good either. He serves his purpose in Deception, and he might carry that rivalry with Onaga over to Armageddon.

The only thing I really hate about Shujinko is you have to unlock all his special moves. I can overlook the fact he's a copycat, but that's just unnecessary.
